We are excited to be hosting our 5th hip hop workshop "Urban Groove". This workshop has been growing and building over the past few years and we can't wait to connect with Regina's dance community again for an incredible day.

Continual Surrender has been performing around globe and training up dancers since 1997. We're driven by a passion for dance and desire to see people's lives impacted in a positive way.
